Monrovia — Stanton Witherspoon, CEO of Spoon Group of Companies, has lost all his Real Properties in New Jersey, Florida, and Georgia. Document in our possession titled “United States Bills of Particulars as to Forfeiture,” shows the seizure of all his houses in the United States of America.
The news of Stanton Witherspoon broke out on the internet through the official website of the United States Department of Justice on January 25, 2023, for allegedly selling fake nursing licenses worth over $114 million.
The Justice Department’s website quoted Omar Perez, Special Agent in Charge: “The alleged selling and purchasing of nursing diplomas and transcripts to willing but unqualified individuals is a crime that potentially endangers the health and safety of patients and insults the honorable profession of nursing.”
The federal court charged Mr. Witherspoon and 24 others for this alleged fraudulent activity. Among them is his buddy, Alfred Sellu. According to multiple reports, Alfred Sellu is expected to appear in court on Friday to testify against Mr. Witherspoon.
Alfred will serve as prosecutor witness on the basis of getting a lesser jail sentence. Stanton made a brief statement on the matter on his platform, “The Spoon Talk,” on January 26, 2023.
He expressed calm and urged his supporters to wait on the outcome of the investigation result because he was not allowed to talk much into it as advised by his legal team.
