After years of depression, false accusations of having a hand in another person’s death, and too much hate from people for no reason, CIC finally released his single tagged, “Don’t Give Up On Me.”
Cralorboi CIC has been through a lot of struggles in recent years, but he only started to make these temptations known in the past few weeks when he announced this project.
For instance, in the last two years, CIC dropped only two songs – for the first time since he hit the spotlight. Not only two songs in two years, but Cralorboi’s ambassadorial deal with Lonstar expired; he also terminated his management deal with SOG Records through mutual consent; he canceled his concert and refunded all the promoters; all these things happened during the last two years.
All these for one person? Let me take you back a little further. Five years ago, CIC was involved in an accident that saw him lose his best friend – Quincy B.

Imagine living with a memory that one of your closest friends died in a car crash with you. Not only that, CIC was heavily accused by the public of having a part to play in Quincy’s death. How sad!
Despite the status of being a musician, CIC has suffered so many traumas behind the scene. For a single individual to bear all these pains and still wear a smile in public is not a joke.
The music “Don’t Give Up On Me” is full of thanksgiving, testimonies, and mercy. You will cry listening to your favorite musician explain his pains, struggles, and thanksgiving in one song.
From the way Cralorboi pleaded for mercy, asking God not to give up on him, thousands of music lovers have classified the song as gospel music.
CIC dropped his project a few days after JB of Soul Fresh released his freestyle dubbed, “Did you check on?” In JB’s freestyle, he also pleaded a case for those suffering from depression.
In the same week, two of Liberia’s most famous artists separately made a song about how depression can make people think about committing suicide.
