Nigerian musician Davido has informed the general public that he’s flying back to Nigeria to attend the candlelight of fallen singer Mohbad. Davido took to his Instagram story to make the announcement minutes after the late singer made the post.
Davido has been instrumental since Mohbad died on September 12, 2023. First, he donated 2 million naira. According to reports, part of that money was used for the purchase of a coffin.
In another instance, Davido had a moment of silence for Mohbad during his show in the United Kingdom. At that massive concert, Davido paused the show for 50 seconds to pay his last respects to the star.
Not stopping there, Davido took to his IG status to tell the world that he hadn’t been sleeping because of Mohbad’s death. He said the late artist’s spirit is strong.
